Before and after

Two authored examples: a team update full of filler, and a product description that hid its facts behind adjectives. Every fact in the after version comes from the before.

  1. A team update

    NaturalBalanced
    Before
In today's fast-paced business landscape, it is important to note that our team has successfully navigated a number of challenges this quarter, including two supplier delays and a checkout rebuild that ran three weeks late. Furthermore, we have leveraged our robust processes to deliver the new checkout, and payment-related support tickets have decreased by 18% since launch. Moving forward, we will continue to foster collaboration between design and engineering to unlock new opportunities for growth.
    After
This quarter was harder than we planned. Two suppliers were late, and the checkout rebuild slipped by three weeks. We shipped it anyway, and payment support tickets are down 18% since launch. Next quarter we want design and engineering working more closely together.
    • Cut the opening about the business landscape; it said nothing about this team.
    • Named the two problems up front instead of "navigated a number of challenges".
    • Dropped "leveraged our robust processes" and kept the result: tickets down 18%.
    • Mixed short and long sentences so it reads like someone talking to their team.
  2. A product description

    CasualFull rewrite
    Before
Elevate your morning routine with our meticulously crafted 350 ml ceramic mug. Designed with both style and functionality in mind, this versatile piece is dishwasher safe and features a matte exterior and a glossy interior, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with timeless charm. It is the perfect companion for your daily coffee ritual.
    After
It's a 350 ml ceramic mug, matte outside and glossy inside. Yes, it goes in the dishwasher. Fill it with your morning coffee and get on with your day.
    • Dropped "elevate", "meticulously crafted" and "seamlessly blending", the words that make copy sound generated.
    • Led with what the thing is, then the details a buyer checks: size, finish, dishwasher.
    • Used contractions and one short fragment for the casual tone.

What it changes, and what it keeps

Text reads as generated for a handful of reasons. The rewrite works on those and leaves the substance alone.

Rhythm
Generated drafts tend to run every sentence at the same length. The rewrite mixes short sentences with longer ones, the way people write when they are thinking.
Plain words
Abstract nouns and inflated verbs become concrete ones. Leverage becomes use, a myriad becomes many, and a paragraph of throat-clearing becomes one sentence.
Stock phrases out
Openers like in today's fast-paced world, filler like it is worth noting that, and closers that repeat the point are cut or replaced.
Your facts stay
Names, numbers, dates, quotes, links and technical terms are kept as written. Nothing new is added, so the text still says only what you meant.

Four tones

Pick the voice the text should end up in. The tone sets the register; your words and facts set the content.

Natural
Plain and easy to read, like a careful person writing.
Casual
Relaxed, with contractions and shorter sentences.
Professional
Clear and confident for work email, reports and pages.
Academic
Precise and measured, with hedging where the claim needs it.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they paste a draft.

1What does an AI humanizer do?
It rewrites text that sounds generated so it reads like a person wrote it. In practice that means uneven sentence lengths, concrete words instead of abstract ones, no stock phrases and a voice that fits the tone you pick. The meaning and facts stay the same.
2Will it get my text past AI detectors?
That is not what it is for, and we do not promise it. The humanizer is built to make writing read well. Detectors disagree with each other and change often, so any tool that promises a pass is guessing. If a reader or a detector needs to know whether AI helped, the honest answer is to tell them.
3Can I use it for school or university work?
It is meant for editing your own drafts. Schools, universities, journals and employers set their own rules on AI help, and many ask you to say when you used it. Check the rules that apply to you and follow them. Rewording AI text so it looks like your own work, where the rules forbid it, is still academic dishonesty however natural it reads.
4Does it keep my facts?
Yes. It is told to keep every name, number, date, quote, link and technical term, and never to add facts, examples or anecdotes that are not in your text. Where a draft is vague it stays vague rather than inventing detail. Read the result before you use it, as you would any edit.
5What do the tones and strengths do?
Natural: plain and easy to read, like a careful person writing. Casual: relaxed, with contractions and shorter sentences. Professional: clear and confident for work email, reports and pages. Academic: precise and measured, with hedging where the claim needs it. Strength sets how far it may go: light touch (fix the stiff spots, keep most of your sentences), balanced (rework most sentences, keep the structure), full rewrite (rewrite freely, keep only the meaning and facts).
6Which languages does it work in?
It answers in the language you paste and keeps your spelling, so a Spanish draft comes back in Spanish and British spelling stays British. Results are strongest in widely written languages, and English gets the most testing.
7Is it free?
Yes. You get 10 free runs a day on each device without an account, and 20 a day with a free account. The humanizer shares that allowance with the other prompt tools, and paid plans remove the daily limit.
8Do you keep the text I paste?
The text is sent to our AI model provider to write the new version and is not shown to anyone else. It is not saved to your account or published anywhere.
