- Account and sign-in
- If you can sign in, do that first so the message is linked to your account. If you cannot, enter the email address on your account in the form so we can find it.
- Credits and billing
- Subscribers can change plan, cancel and download invoices under Invoices and billing on the account page. For anything else, include the date and amount of the charge. Open your account
- A generation went wrong
- Failed generations are refunded automatically. If a result looks wrong or a refund is missing, include the tool or model name, the time you ran it and the prompt.
