What each part of the prompt does

One warm light in a cold frame
Saying the lamp is "the only warm light" keeps the grade blue and stops the model from adding lit windows or an orange sky, so the eye goes straight to the tower.
Action first, camera second
Shot 1 gives the big motion to the wave while the camera holds, and Shot 2 lets the camera move while the sea calms. Splitting motion this way keeps a 5-second clip from turning into a blur.
Lightning, once
"Lightning flickers once" adds a beat of drama without strobing. Without a count, video models tend to flash lightning through the whole clip.
Sound as layers
Wind, surf and thunder are three separate sounds, which gives Seedance's built-in audio something specific to build instead of generic noise.

Variations to try

Same idea, one thing changed. These have no clip yet.

  • Calm dawn after the storm

A white stone lighthouse on a black rocky cliff at dawn after a storm, its lamp still glowing faintly. Shot 1: wide shot from the sea, slow grey waves roll against the rocks, light mist drifting over the water. Shot 2: the camera pushes in slowly toward the lamp room as the lamp switches off and the first pale sunlight touches the tower. Setting and light: breaking clouds, soft pink and grey sky, wet rocks shining. Style: cinematic, anamorphic lens, soft contrast, fine film grain. Sound: gentle surf, gulls far away. Duration: 5 seconds.

  • Vertical tilt up for Shorts

A white stone lighthouse on a black rocky cliff during a night storm, its lamp glowing warm yellow. Shot 1: low angle at the base of the cliff, a wave bursts against the rocks and white spray fills the bottom of the frame. Shot 2: the camera tilts up the full height of the tower to the lamp as the beam sweeps across the rain. Setting and light: dark blue storm clouds, the lamp is the only warm light. Style: cinematic, deep contrast, fine film grain. Sound: howling wind, heavy surf. Duration: 5 seconds, vertical 9:16.

If the result isn't right

  • If the wave looks like a solid wall of water, add "white spray breaking into droplets" to Shot 1.
  • For a cleaner loop, end Shot 2 with the beam pointing away from the camera, so the last frame is close to the dark first frame.
  • Keep the tower described as plain white stone. Naming a real lighthouse adds nothing to the look and can pull in details you did not ask for.
