What each part of the prompt does

Colour by panel
Giving each part (upper, heel panel, sole) its own colour keeps the design steady as the shoe turns, because the model knows what belongs where.
Half a turn
Half a rotation in 5 seconds shows both sides at a believable speed. A full spin often makes the shoe skid on the turntable or change shape.
One light sweep
A single moving highlight adds the polish of a studio product film without the flicker that several moving lights cause.
Camera at sole height
Shooting from the height of the sole makes the shoe look solid and keeps the turntable edge low in the frame.

Variations to try

Same idea, one thing changed. These have no clip yet.

  • Dark studio with a neon rim

A fictional running shoe: white knit upper, sage green heel panel, chunky cream foam sole, no logos or text. Motion: the shoe rotates slowly on a round black turntable, half a turn. Camera: steady side view at sole height. Setting and light: black studio, a thin cyan rim light outlining the shoe, faint haze in the air. Style: moody product film, high contrast, sharp texture on the knit. Sound: a low electronic hum. Duration: 5 seconds.

  • Floating, no turntable

A fictional running shoe: white knit upper, sage green heel panel, chunky cream foam sole, no logos or text. Motion: the shoe floats in mid air and turns slowly, rising a little as it turns. Camera: steady, slightly below the shoe, slow push-in. Setting and light: pale sage backdrop, soft even light, a soft shadow on the floor far below. Style: clean product video, sharp texture on the knit. Sound: a soft whoosh. Duration: 5 seconds.

If the result isn't right

  • If the laces tangle or multiply, add "neatly tied white laces" to the first line.
  • For a pair, ask for "two shoes side by side" and drop the push-in. Two turning objects plus a camera move is a lot for 5 seconds.
  • Keep the backdrop seamless. A visible studio corner adds lines that wobble as the camera moves.
