How the 3D Cartoon It effect works
Default: Veo 3.1 Lite, 4 seconds, 9:16, 320 credits (80 credits per second).
The clip has two beats: the photo turns into a stylised 3D character with bigger eyes, smoother skin and soft studio light, then the character waves at the camera. A front-facing photo with at least one hand in view gives the wave something to work with; a tight headshot makes the model invent an arm, which it does less convincingly.
