There is no delete button yet. You ask us and we delete the account for you.
Before you ask
- Download what you want to keep. Once the account is gone, your uploads and results are gone too.
- Check for a refund. The credit balance ends with the account. If a recent payment's credits are all unspent, it may qualify for a refund; see Requesting a refund. Ask in the same message.
- Make shared items private if you want them off the gallery right away. Deletion removes them too.
How to ask
-
Sign in, then send us a message from the support button or the contact page.
-
Say you want your account deleted. Nothing else is needed.
-
We confirm the request comes from the account holder, delete the account and tell you when it is done.
We answer within the time set in the privacy policy. If you cannot write from the account's address, see Data requests for how we check it is you.
What is deleted
- your profile and sign-in details, including the Google link,
- your saved prompts, studio history, uploads and results, including anything in the gallery,
- your saved API key, if you added one,
- your credit balance.
Deleting the account also cancels an active subscription, so you are not charged again.
What is kept
- Backups: deleted data can stay in database backups for a limited time until they rotate out, as the privacy policy says.
- Payment records: Stripe keeps invoices and payment records as tax and accounting law requires, and we keep the payment records we are legally required to keep.
- Prompts accepted into the library: a template we accepted is published as part of the prompt library, which never names you. Say so in your message if you want one taken down too.
- Things saved in your browser: favorites and prompts saved while signed out live in your browser, not your account. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.
This cannot be undone
A deleted account cannot be restored. If you sign up again with the same email, you get a new account without your old results, history or balance.
