Fix it yourself

What to send

Sign in first if you can, so the message is linked to your account. If you cannot sign in, enter the email address on your account in the form. Then include what fits your problem.

Account and sign-in

  • how you sign in (password or Google),
  • the exact error message.

Billing

  • the date and amount of the charge,
  • the invoice or receipt number if you have it,
  • what you need: a refund, missing credits, a copy of an invoice.

Prompt tools

  • the generator you used and the target,
  • your idea, and what you expected compared with what you got,
  • the exact message, if there was one.

Studio

  • the tool or model,
  • when you ran it, roughly to the hour,
  • the prompt, or the fields you filled in on the tool page,
  • what you expected and what you got, and the message on the result card if there was one.

Content and safety

  • a link to the gallery item, or the date and message for a blocked request,
  • for your own likeness, a short note that the item shows you.

Never send passwords or card numbers

We never need your password or card number. Do not send them, and ignore any message that asks for them in our name.
