Stripe keeps the invoices and receipts for every payment, and you can reach them from your account at any time.
Subscription invoices
-
Sign in and open the Billing page of your account.
-
Select Invoices and billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
-
Open the invoice list. Each invoice can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF.
Monthly plans get one invoice a month and yearly plans one a year. A first month at the intro price shows the discount on the invoice.
Receipt emails
After each payment we email a receipt to the address on your account. It lists what you bought, any discount, the amount paid, the credits added and your new balance. A subscription receipt also shows the renewal date and the invoice number, with a link to the invoice. A top-up receipt links to Stripe's receipt.
Receipts are service emails, so they arrive even if you turned product emails off on your profile page. If you cannot find one, check your spam folder.
Payments in your account
The Billing page lists every payment that added credits under Payments, with the date, whether it was a subscription or a top-up, the credits added and a Stripe reference. The Credits page shows the same payments among all your other credit movements.
These lists show credits, not money. For the amount paid and any tax, use the Stripe invoice or receipt.
Taxes
Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Any tax charged is shown on the invoice or receipt.
Older or missing documents
If you need an invoice you cannot find, or a copy sent again, sign in and send us a message with the date and amount of the charge.
