A top-up is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of credits. It does not start a subscription and is never charged again.
Price and size
The current price and the number of credits in a top-up are on the pricing page, under the plans. A top-up is a fixed pack you can buy with or without a plan. If you buy credits every month, a plan adds them for you and also makes the prompt tools unlimited.
How to buy one
-
Sign in.
-
Select Buy credits on the pricing page or on the Billing page of your account.
-
Pay on the Stripe checkout page.
-
You return to your account. The credits appear as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
Each top-up is a separate checkout and a separate payment, and you can buy as many as you need.
Where the credits go
Top-up credits join your one balance and work on every studio model and tool, and on prompt runs past the free allowance. They do not expire. On the Credits page the purchase shows as a Top-up line, and the Billing page lists it under Payments.
A top-up does not change your plan, so the free account limits still apply: the daily prompt allowance and the hourly limit on starting studio generations. Buying credits does make your results usable commercially; see Commercial use.
If a friend invited you, your first purchase can also earn you both invite credits; see the free credits page.
Top-up or plan?
- Top-up: you use the studio now and then, or you need a few more credits before your plan renews.
- Plan: you use the studio every month or want unlimited prompt tools. Plans add credits every month or year and remove the daily and hourly limits. See Plans and credits.
Receipts and refunds
You get a receipt by email after paying. A top-up can be refunded under the same rules as a plan payment: within the refund window and only if none of its credits have been spent. See Requesting a refund.
