A model can only work with what is in your photo. A clear input is the cheapest way to a better result, whether the photo goes to a studio model or to image to prompt.
Photos of people
- A sharp, visible face. Face the camera or turn slightly, eyes open, nothing over the face: no sunglasses, masks or hands.
- Even light. Window daylight works well. Avoid strong light from behind, hard shadows across the face and colored party lights.
- A large face in the frame. Crop so the face or upper body fills most of the image. A small face in a group shot loses detail.
- One person per photo for tools about one person, such as headshots and photoshoots.
- Several recent photos of the same person from different angles, on tools that take more than one.
- No heavy filters. Beauty filters and strong edits carry into the result.
Two-person tools
Kiss and hug videos take either one photo with both people or one photo of each. With two photos, the tool first combines them into one frame and then animates it, and the price covers both steps. Photos with similar light and framing make a more natural combined frame.
Face swap
Upload the face first and the target photo second, as the upload labels say. Use clear, front-facing faces in both.
Upscaling and background removal
- The upscaler takes images up to a set pixel size and tells you if yours is larger. Upscale a crop or a smaller copy instead.
- Background removal works best when the subject stands out from the background by color or light.
Lip sync videos
Lip sync takes a video up to a set length plus a voice track, and tells you before anything is charged if the video is too long. Use a video where the face is visible and turned toward the camera for most of the clip.
Image to prompt
Image to prompt reads the whole picture, so crop to what you want described. Choose Style only to reuse the look on another subject, or Subject only to keep what is in the picture and leave the style open. Images must be JPG, PNG or WebP under 4 MB.
File types and sizes
Studio photos can be PNG, JPEG or WebP. Tools that take video or audio say which files they accept in the upload box.
| File | Largest upload |
|---|---|
| Photos and images | 12 MB |
| Video | 60 MB |
| Audio | 25 MB |
Only upload photos you may use
Upload a photo of a person only if it is you or you have their permission. Photos of anyone under 18 may be uploaded only by a parent or legal guardian, and never for romantic, sexual or violent content. See What you can create.
