You can cancel whenever you like, on your own, from the Billing page of your account. There is nobody to write to.
How to cancel
-
Sign in and open the Billing page of your account.
-
Under your current plan, select Cancel plan.
-
Optionally pick a reason and add a comment, then select Cancel plan again to confirm.
The reason and comment help us improve; they are optional and do not change the cancellation. If a smaller plan was scheduled for your next renewal, cancelling drops that change.
After you cancel, the Billing page shows Your plan ends on with the date, and we email you that date. If you are being charged and do not see Cancel plan, contact us and give the email you sign in with.
Changed your mind
Until the date your plan ends, the Billing page shows Keep my plan next to that date. Select it and the plan renews as usual; we email you to confirm. After the plan has ended, subscribe again from the pricing page.
What happens next
- You are not charged again.
- The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- After that date the account goes back to free: the daily prompt allowance returns (with 1 credit per run after it) and studio generations have an hourly limit again.
- Your credit balance stays and you can keep spending it on any model.
For what you may do with results made before and after cancelling, see Commercial use.
Switch plans instead
If you want to pay less rather than stop, select Change plan on the Billing page and pick a smaller plan. The smaller plan starts at your next renewal: you are not charged until then, and you keep your current plan and its credits for the period you already paid for. The Billing page shows the scheduled change and its date.
Invoices and payment method
Invoices and billing on the Billing page still opens the Stripe billing portal, where you download invoices and update your card, also after you cancel.
Subscribe again later
Pick a plan on the pricing page whenever you want. Your balance, saved prompts, results and history are still in your account. The first month offer is only for accounts that have never had a subscription, so it does not apply when you come back.
Refund of the last payment
Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself. If the last payment is recent and none of its credits have been used, it may qualify for a refund; see Requesting a refund and the refund policy.
