You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion at any time. There is no self-service form for this yet, so you ask us through the contact page.
What you can ask for
- A copy of your data: your account details, saved prompts, studio generations with their prompts and settings, uploads and results, and your credit history.
- A correction: for example the email on your account (see Change your email, password or name).
- Deletion of specific studio results: tell us which ones by date and tool or model.
- Deletion of your account: see Close your account. The credit balance ends with the account.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Tell us which right you are using and we handle it the same way.
What you can do yourself
- Download a studio result with Download, or copy a saved prompt.
- Delete saved prompts under the Text tab in My generations.
- Make a shared item private.
- Change your name or remove a saved API key on your profile page.
- Turn product emails on or off on your profile page.
- Cancel your subscription with Cancel plan on the Billing page, and change it or download invoices under Invoices and billing on the same page.
How to send a request
-
Sign in, then send us a message from the support button or the contact page.
-
Say what you want: a copy, a correction or a deletion, and of which data.
-
We check that the request comes from the account holder, then reply.
We answer within the time set in the privacy policy.
How we check it is you
Sending the message while signed in is usually enough. If you cannot sign in, we ask for details only the account holder would know, such as roughly when you signed up, your plan, or the date and amount of a recent payment. We do not act on a request we cannot connect to the account, because that would put your data at risk.
Data held in your browser
Favorites, likes on library prompts and prompts saved while signed out are stored only in your browser, so we cannot export or delete them for you. Clear the site data in your browser to remove them.
Payment data
We never see or store your card number. Stripe holds your card details and payment history under its own privacy policy, and your invoices are in the billing portal.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority, or in Canada to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
