Some safety decisions are automatic and some are made by a person. You can ask us to look at any of them again.
What can be reviewed

How to appeal
Sign in, then send us a message and include:
- what you saw: the exact message, or which gallery item was hidden,
- when it happened, roughly to the hour,
- whether it was a prompt tool, a studio tool or a model in the studio, and which one,
- the prompt or idea, and what you were trying to make,
- why you think the decision was wrong.
For studio requests and shares, we keep a record of each block with the prompt, the reason, the model and the time, so we can see what happened.
What we can do
After a review we can:
- put a hidden gallery item back, which closes the open reports on it,
- turn generation back on for an account,
- correct your credit balance if a refund should have happened.
We do not share the exact words the check looks for, and we do not make exceptions to the content rules in the Terms. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is never allowed, and we report it to the authorities.
